What photos do I need to send?
Just the ones already on your Airbnb or Instagram listing. We work with standard property photos, no professional photography required. The more rooms and angles you have, the better the final video.
How do I send them after I pay?
Straight after checkout you land on a confirmation page and get a receipt by email. Reply to that receipt with your photos attached, or send them to artofwalks@gmail.com. A WeTransfer or Google Drive link works too if the files are large.
How long does delivery take?
Single clips within 3 business days, clip packs within 5 to 7 business days, and full walkthrough videos within 5 business days. The clock starts when your photos arrive, not at checkout. Rush delivery is available on request.
What if I don't like the result?
You get your money back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the full amount — no questions asked. The Full Walkthrough also includes one revision round, so in most cases we simply fix what bothers you.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Checkout runs entirely on Stripe, the same payment provider used by companies like Shopify and Booking.com. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other common methods. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
Do you need access to my Airbnb account?
No, never. We only need image files. We will never ask for your Airbnb login, and you should never give it to anyone who does.
Can I use the video on multiple platforms?
Absolutely. You own the video and can use it on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Instagram, TikTok, your personal website, anywhere you want. The background music is licensed for that use, so you won't run into copyright claims.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes. If you manage multiple listings, write to us and we'll put together a custom package.
