We receive from Stripe only the confirmation that a payment succeeded together with your name, email address and the package purchased; we never receive or store your full card details. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, fraud-free payment processing). Stripe may transfer data to the USA on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses. See the Stripe Privacy Policy for details.

We delete your data once it is no longer required for the business relationship, unless statutory retention periods apply. Order and invoice data is kept for the statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law (Art. 6 (1) c GDPR).
